Design Workflow

1. Our workflow starts with an example or a CAD drawing of our customers' container (bottle, flask, ..).
2. Our technicians determine the area which will be covered by the label. A printing template with all technical details and sizes is sent to our customers.
3. The printing template is designed with the mentioned software products.
4. The design agency of our customer prepares the label according to the given template and sends it to our art department.
5. Our flexographic specialists prepare the designed label for printing and send a PDF via e-mail, Cromalin via UPS to our customers.
6. If the customer is satisfied with the example (color matches, design, ...) the digital workflow starts with the production of digital printing plates (CTP) and of printing sleeves (ITR).
7. The printing process starts with a personal design check of our customer (last adoption of color matches) or with a customer approved color example.
