The Twinsburg, Ohio operation of CCL Auto-Sleeve is supplying full body shrink sleeve labels for four and three ball packs of the new HEAD tennis ball range, launched for the international tennis market by Penn Racquet Sports of Phoenix, Arizona.

The new Signatures range of Smirnoff vodka-based cocktails for the French market features sleeves which create the impression that the drinks are packed in a metal cocktail shaker. This high impact metallic effect has been achieved by gravure printing onto high shrink PET. The combination of a variety of different silvers has enabled CCL to closely match the color of the bottle closure, while a sophisticated high luster silver has been used to differentiate the label area on the front of the pack from the overall background color. The sleeves are shrunk onto 70 cl glass bottles by steam.
   
The innovative sleeves for US wine importer Click Wine Group’s new range of Italian wines – featuring the realistic effect of zipped leather – have been achieved thanks to the technical and production expertise of CCL.
